Returns & Exchanges
Neue Blvd will offer clients an exchange for full priced items only where:
− Items have not been used or damaged;
− Items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
− Items are returned within seven working days of purchase date; and
− Original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
**Please note Monogrammed items cannot be returned**
To be eligible for an exchange all items must be returned to Neue Blvd E-boutique within seven days from the original delivery date. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Items can only be exchanged for a different size or finish in the same style.
[All exchanges are subject to availability.] Neue Blvd does not refund original shipping charges unless deemed faulty.
Please note sale items are final and cannot be returned for a exchange unless deemed faulty.
Alternatively Neue Blvd will offer clients with a refund at their discretion for items that:
− Are faulty (unless caused by the client);
− Have been wrongly described;
− Are different to the items that the client ordered;
To be eligible for an exchange or credit note all return items must be returned to the Neue Blvd E-boutique within seven days from the original delivery date. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method used to ensure safe and secure delivery. Neue Blvd will not be held accountable for misplaced incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable, however Neue Blvd will reimburse any documented shipping charges for return items that have been deemed faulty.
