E-BOUTIQUE SHIPPING POLICIES
E-boutique orders are shipped using Australia Post. This is a registered freight service by which clients can track their order easily.
Please note, not all our items are available for International Shipping. As a guide we offer all our monogram items and any other items fitting into a 500gram post satchel. Shipping will be applied at check out for these items once you have entered your address. We offer two services:
- Standard Australia Post which offers limited tracking and takes 10+ business days*.
- Express Australia Post which includes tracking and signature on delivery, usually 2-4 business days*.
- **Please note some countries have delays outside of our control, we will provide you with a tracking number once lodged and we will endeavour to advise updates where possible.
For all international orders on other items such as glassware, furniture, tableware please contact the Neue Blvd e-boutique to arrange an appropriate shipping service. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Please note free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

All freight is calculated on the size of the consignment, which ever is greater; cubic or weight measurement. All charges quoted to the client are inclusive of GST. Free Shipping service for clients located in Port Lincoln, South Australia, 5606. Please use the discount code 'PORTLINCOLN' at checkout.
E-BOUTIQUE SHIPPING TIME
Delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday by 10:00 A.M. [For in-stock items only] are shipped via standard Australia post. Please allow 2-3 business days. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for locations outside of South Australia.
These are estimated delivery times only, and unfortunately we are not able to guarantee them. Neue Blvd will not be liable for any delay in delivery. In particular, orders placed during Sale or Promotional periods may be subject to delay.
Monogrammed items take 7 business days to be stamped and processed. We will notify you via email once your item has been dispatched.

Note: All orders are subject to availability.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership and risk of damage in the items passes to the client upon delivery to the clients specified delivery address.
E-BOUTIQUE CREDIT NOTES
Eboutique credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date off issue on the Neue Blvd eboutique only and are not redeemable for cash.
E-BOUTIQUE GIFT VOUCHERS
Eboutique gift vouchers are valid from 1 year from the date of purchase on the Neue Blvd eboutique only and are not redeemable for cash.
