How do I return/exchange an item?

Will I have to pay for Customs & Duties?

We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Neue Blvd is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Can I return a sale item?

Please note sale items are final and cannot be returned for an exchange unless deemed faulty.

Do you give refunds?

To be eligible for a refund all return items must be returned to Neue Blvd E-boutique within seven days from the original delivery date. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase Or a store credit will be issued. We do not refund original shipping charges unless deemed faulty.

How can I track my order?

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. 

What currency do we use?

You are currently browsing our Australian Website. All prices are charged in AUD. 

How much is delivery & how long does it take?

E-boutique orders are shipped using Australia Post. This is a registered freight service by which clients can track their order easily. Orders placed on a weekend day or public holiday, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Note: For all international orders please contact Neue Blvd E-boutique to arrange an appropriate shipping service. 

All freight is calculated on the size of the consignment, which ever is greater; cubic or weight measurement. [All charges quoted to the client are inclusive of GST.] Free shipping service for clients located in Port Lincoln, South Australia, [5606.]

Delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday by 10:00 A.M. [For in-stock items only] are shipped via overnight express. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for locations outside of South Australia. Any delivery date or time specified by Neue Blvd is an estimate only and Neue Blvd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the client through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Note: All orders are subject to availability.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been confirmed, your delivery details cannot be changed.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes

Do you ship Internationally?
