Common Return Questions

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS.

When completing the returns form please put as much information in the "Notes To Merchant" area regarding the reason for wanting a replacement, return or credit/refund. You can also send any photos to accompany your return to studio@neueblvd.com.au just note your returns number in the email once you have been issued with one. 

What items are returnable?

  • Items that are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
  • Items that have not been used or damaged.    
  • Original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. (delivery commences from the date of delivery or attempted delivery)   

What items are non-refundable? 

  • Free gifts, promotional items, warehouse sale or anything that has been Personalised
  • Please note loose buttons after the item has been worn is not deemed a fault. Replacement buttons will be arranged at no additional cost or alternatively you can return the sleepwear item for replacement by Neue Blvd. 
  • Approved items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded with a store credit. You will be notified by email what the result of your return application is.
  • Change of mind; A credit note will be issued.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise negotiated with Neue Blvd via phone or email.  

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address used to place the original order on the returns and replacements page, click Start a Return.
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get an email either accepting or rejecting your return, You will also receive shipping guidelines if you need to return your item to our office.  

How soon will I get my exchange or replacement?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or replacement.

Faulty Items:

  • In the rare and unfortunate event that your purchase is deemed faulty a full refund or replacement will apply. The item will be assesd once we receive it.
  • We have the right to repair or replace the faulty garment if the fault is minor. (I.e Loose buttons, incorrect monogramming).

Re-stocking Fee:

Neue Blvd reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $25 per item if items have been returned due to a change of mind or change of circumstance.
